StorageMart was a good experience for me. Good people, friendly. Karim was the guy I met. He did everything to make me feel satisfied. Super helpful and he will find you the solution of what you need! Great people, great team, I recommend the place to anyone. If there were more stars I would have added them. Update: wow! StorageMart is hiring the right people in the right place and Ghislain is the right man to deal in a very good way with the customers. I appreciate the way Ghislain was to me. He was over a 110%.

My girlfriend rented a unit over there before her move in another province. If I could , I’d give them many minus stars. Worst service I’ve ever gotten in my life. They will raise the prices without telling you and will tell you it’s in the contract. They put a sign saying to wait for them 5 mins after 25 you’re leaving because you didn’t see anyone. One afternoon, the store was closed because they were short on staff ( they always are ). Very inconvenient storage place. Stay away !!! I wouldn’t even recommend this location to my worst ennemi .

They are very unfair with their clients. They raise the rent every 6 months to a loyal client. I have called and complained about this and the lady that answered very rudely tried to explain how inflation works to me. I told her I understand a 2% increase but a 15-20% increase every 6 months is not inflation it's robbery. They give new clients better rates and they increase prices on the loyal clients. What a horrible business plan that fails each time. Unfortunately I will have to consider canceling my contract and go elsewhere where my business will be appreciated and respected on a long term basis.
