Premises and lockers are clean and tidy. Access to the units is efficient and well thought out. Easy to park and load and unload with car or moving trucks. I have been using the facility for 3 months and have 3 lockers.

The worst experience ever in dealing with a business. Customer service is zero. Building maintenance is a zero. They had me give them five stars on the first day for a gift card that you never get, so these reviews are mostly via bribes on the day of signing papers. My unit flooded suspiciously, which I discovered over one year later having to throw all my belongings in the garbage. Building maintenance negligence is obvious as no one notifies you of flooding (and I was not in the basement). No follow up when you do discover the mess, zero care, zero resolutions, they take zero accountability in every possible way. Naim, Zakaria, Dawn - they disappear after one call, just the like staff on site who helped peel my damaged boxes off the ground. I was a tenant for 2 1/2 years, and throughout my tenancy, no one at the office ever calls back and follows up. After smelling moisture on my belongings, I had suspicion of the issue many months before moving out, but since the regional manager doesn't return calls due to being "busy", then unfortunately it becomes entirely your problem. This business is the worst, avoid at severe cost (which jumps up in price every few months... they "warn" you which somehow allows them to take major advantage).

I was greeted by Claude, the store manager, who was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I received a tour of the facilities and was shown different space sizes to better help me determine my needs. I highly recommend this location as it was clean, parking was very accessible, and the staff looked for the best available options for me.

Very professional and patient easy going, made getting my locker easy.
