Really happy with our experience at Depotium Mini Entrepot. When we first rented it was an emergency situation. We had another storage unit rented but when it came to moving day, we arrived with our truck loaded and the facility was closed due to power outages from an ice storm. In a panic we found Depotium Mini Entrepot and was able to quickly rent a their unit. I has been very easy to access our stuff and when we finally cleared everything out, cancelling was a breeze. We took our lock off, I left a phone message, and immediately received confirmation it was closed. This would be my first choice for future storage unit rentals.

The day I moved, happened to be a Holiday. Couldn't find my card with access code, got lots of help from head office to assist me. Was very happy I finally got in and found my card!!!
