Understanding and respectfull , it's not an easy business for both part and if u do the same as a customer , they are human after all so I went there my life was a mess, and I just asked respectfully and agreeing their terms and no problem after .so I recommend if u want a safe place, open til 10 for customer to go in and out , and camera
as every other place ,read the contract like u should but they will explain the big line to be sure u understand so,

Jean-Louis, the assistant manager, was extremely courteous and helpful. The building is old but the facility is well kept (don't be afraid of the freight elevator; it's fun and there are not many left). This location was recommended by a friend and would recommend to others.
