Facility Reviews

We used Depotium for roughly two years to store our belongings and had a great experience from day one through move-out. The storage facility is clean, easily accessible, and felt very safe. More importantly, the office staff was consistently courteous, friendly, and quick to help whenever we had questions or needed assistance. It made the entire process stress-free. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Naima helped me out so much! My first time renting a storage unit and I felt confident after receiving her help. There was an unexpected issue, but she didn’t leave until I was taken care of. Very thorough and personable experience.

These are some of the best people, I’ve had the pleasure of working with, good old-fashion pre pandemic customer service.
