Great experience , with great price.
Came to grab my keys just 5 minutes before office close. Procedure was super clear , gentleman who give me instructions (Steve) was incredible polite. Even stay with me after office was closed to show me everything.
Building is new , clean , with clean toilet and clean places.
Perfect value.

Paul at SmartStop Storage was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive and friendly. Paul truly goes above and beyond, and he’s a big reason I’d highly recommend SmartStop to anyone needing storage services.

We had a good experience in leasing a storage space from SmartStop. The facility was spotless, well maintained, showing us that the team takes pride in keeping it organized. The district manager was very helpful, taking the time to answer all our questions and making the process stress free.

We have been renting one of the bigger units here while we renovate our house!! And as such I've had to make many trips to the locker for the odd thing we need here and there. It has always been super clean and super efficient. I always feel my stuff is safe and if ever I needed help the staff has always been very friendly and helpful!! Especially the last time when I couldn't access my photo of my code. Steve was a really helpful in getting my code!!

Very impressed with the services offered at Entreposage SmartStop Self Storage. Both Steven and Jennifer were both extremely helpful and accommodating. A move is never easy, especially when circumstances are complex, but I was definitely assisted with kindness which was a complete relief. The storage area is clean and well maintained, they have indoor parking spaces (to offload), and elevators as well. 10/10 would recommend 🙂
