Highly recommend! I was a customer at the Saint-Henri location for 9 years and the facility was always clean and well-maintained. A special thank you to Marzana, who was incredibly helpful and efficient in resolving a question during my final move-out. Great customer service - I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

I stopped by the Saint-Henri location to rent a larger unit (20x20), but unfortunately none were available at the moment. However, Mariam was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. She took the time to show me other available options, including 10x20 and 10x15 units, even though they didn’t fully meet my needs.
Despite not finding exactly what I was looking for, the customer service was impeccable. I truly appreciated her effort and dedication to helping me. I will definitely be checking other locations, but I highly recommend the Saint-Henri branch 10/10 experience!.

I have been using this storage for many years. I have never encountered any issues, however like everything else the rates keep going up. I spoke with Harold Ahuelie, today and he was able to help me out considerably. I really appreciate the effort. Very polite individual who has excellent customer service skills.

Very helpful staff on the phone ( Franco and Martin) and in person-
Mariam & Harry. Clean space. Easy access and free parking close to the site.
