My favorite self-storage provider in Montreal. I've been using their services for over a decade now. They have a large indoor loading dock which makes it easy to bring things in and out without having to worry about the weather, whether you're using a small car or a large moving truck. Decent, clean freight elevators. Real 24h access at no extra cost. As a bonus, convenient little cafe right next door :) Highly recommended!

Great customer service. For some reasons, I had to call several times, but the agent, Steve was very patient to explain everything and make things clear. It was a smooth transaction all in all. Definitely, he deserves a five star.

It’s true that a few years ago they changed ownership, and with that came some changes, some for the better and others still a work in progress. However, I like to think that they are working on improving things and striving to do better.
I had some complaints, but someone reached out to me right away in a very kind manner and took action on the matter, also assuring me that my feedback would be taken into consideration to improve the service for everyone.
The simple fact that they acknowledged their mistakes already speaks well of them, because as the saying goes, recognizing mistakes is wisdom. Now, the key is for them to follow through and really work on making those improvements."
