Harry welcomed and helped us with finding a storage unit for our needs. The service was professional and quick. The storage unit was clean and functional. Bring your own padlock. Door pin code access during available storage time was easy to use. Two dock doors are good during busy hours. Trolleys available. One might need good memory and orientation as there is no signs to point to locker numbers in corridors.

Definitely a positive interaction, I appreciate her double-checking with me that I had the right size of unit for my needs. We are having somewhat of an emergency since the West Island flood in June. Found a lot of foundation damage that requires extensive repairs. All our items that could be saved are still in our underground parking - continuously exposed to more water plus the risk of theft. Then I talked to Jeff - let him know I could arrange movers but I need a space. Well I had a space in about 5 minutes! Everything was handled quickly and professionally over the phone and the storage unit is available to us immediately. Thank you so much Jeff! You're a lifesaver!!
