Great experience booking a storage unit with Montreal Mini-Storage Lachine! Made it easy to reserve my unit and finalize my rental over the phone. Gus was incredibly kind and helpful on both phone calls I had with him. Very pleasant demeanor, took the time to answer all my questions. Love the flexible access hours (6am to 11pm) and that their office is open over the weekend. Cheers!

I have never used storage service before and just started looking into them. Whereas other companies in Lachine took forever to get back to me, Steve replied quickly and professionally, and answered all of my questions. This is what made the difference for me between Mini-Storage and the other companies. The set up was easy at a very competitive price with a promotion, and the check in was seamless. The clerk showed my around and demonstrated what I had access to. The locker is clean and secure, and very accessible. I'm very happy with their services so far and would highly recommend them!

Very easy to access and at a good price. The staff was friendly and super helpful with getting me set up with a storage locker. You can buy locks on site and there are carts to make transporting within the facility easy. Would recommend.
