Great service and very professional team. The staff is always helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with. Brandon and Jonathan were both excellent and made everything smooth and straightforward. Brandon is AWESOME! Smooth, quick transaction and move-in, decently clean storage spaces, fair rates. I do wish I could ride the elevator down to the basement with my stuff, and not have to use the stairs (which my arthritic knees protest), but that is a small consideration and not worth docking a star. Overall very satisfied, I recommend this storage facility. Did I mention that Brandon is awesome?

Besides the cleanliness of the premises and ease with which I can access my storage unit, it should be said that the service has been top-notch. Brandon & Jonathan at the front desk have been friendly and exceptionally helpful. Highly recommended.
