Good service. I had to do a long cancel & set up a new space process, and Brandon @ Beaumont was really helpful and clear with all details. Smooth process. I've dealt with Helen before at the same space and she was really helpful too. The place is clean and bright and secure; bathrooms are clean. Lots of carts. Very happy with the place. One complaint, and it's about the admin, not the service: after 2 years, the admin sent me a note telling me with no warning they were raising my price by ~ 30% in one shot! So my little space, even though advertised @ 38/month on the website - they suddenly wanted $57/month for a long term client. I get having to raise prices a bit but this was a gouge.

Been a long time customer with the storage facility, Sharif has been great to deal with, always very helpful. And has kept the facility very clean. Any issues and he addresses it immediately. Thanks Sharif for making it easy and pleasant.
