Really good experience here. Clean, well-lit, easy access storage rooms with super-friendly staff. Big, big thanks to Jonathan for showing us around and helping us to pick the right unit! Definitely recommend. If renting upper floor, do check the full pathway to your space before selecting and loading-in, as the rear section units have a seamless path with rolling carts, but the elevator orientation for the front section units makes taking cart all the way more difficult.

Good service. I had to do a long cancel & set up a new space process, and Brandon @ Beaumont was really helpful and clear with all details. Smooth process. I've dealt with Helen before at the same space and she was really helpful too. The place is clean and bright and secure; bathrooms are clean. Lots of carts. Very happy with the place. One complaint, and it's about the admin, not the service: after 2 years, the admin sent me a note telling me with no warning they were raising my price by ~ 30% in one shot! So my little space, even though advertised @ 38/month on the website - they suddenly wanted $57/month for a long term client. I get having to raise prices a bit but this was a gouge.
