Excellent service from Paul for 5 reasons.
1- He was friendly and opened the outside door for clients.
2- He is fully bilingual (English and French) and meets all applicable Bill 101 requirements.
3- He reassured clients by showing them around and assisting with measurements, even though Paul quickly answered my question by suggesting the theoretical measurements.
4- He remained focused during a general outage of the payment system for a prospective client.
5- He used his personal cell phone (not paid for by his employer) to continue assisting clients with their professional questions and needs while they were using the rental space.
