First thing first, the young lady was super helpful. The access to the storage floors may take longer during weekends. Although it is not close to downtown Montreal, this location is very close to highway for easy access. After our bad experience with other storage company in downtown, this location deserves 5* with their 7/24 access and service.

I called and ask if I can come move in they said yes. Arriving there was 3 other trucks using same elevator. I had to wait for hours to be able to finish ended up costing me 400$ to the moving company. Now that I want to move out of there, they refused to take appointments for elevator and while being extremely rude and unprofessional I ask for manger and they hung up on me 3 times while I'm paying 200$ a month for a tiny storage . By far the worst storage I have ever had and the most expensive. I do not recommend anyone to go there will have problems

their price in that neighbor is not a bad deal. However, watch out their price list in their website. They advertise lower price for the small units which DO NOT exist. I rented their second smallest unite when I arrive there, called one day ahead. They do not have the units listed and the service counter acted like she did not know anything about it. The down side is that when I left, I had to choose very carefully the date I was leaving because they require us to remember which payment (automatic charged on credit card) date I used to pay. Imagine you use a storage, leave stuff that you don't need for 6 months or longer, and you have to recall the date you pay the bill when they don't send you paper bill or reminder anymore! Anyway, I was charged the whole 4-week on the exact day when I rushed to get everything out by 5pm they close on Saturday. They said 'too bad, the payment went through today, there is nothing we can do' I paid a whole 4-week and the unit is completely empty! Don't recommend.

I just wanted to share a quick note and let you know that you guys do a really good job. I’m glad I decided to use your services. It’s really great how safe,easy and flexible your business is . I never have any problem at all. It's amazing to know your belongings are safe and easy access to, it’s almost like having your best friend guarding your stuff. Thanks a lot guys!

Good till now, but now being overcharged, I believe they're just making a huge mistake and can't seem to figure it out. I just paid for a whole month and they are applying it to only two days.
