I've been a customer for about 8 years. CONS: They have increased the rent by about 20% per year for the past few years, which I think is unreasonable. I now pay more than twice as much as the posted rate online for my unit. The other thing to note is that they have a rodent problem. There is what appears to be mouse feces on the tops of boxes. There are rodent traps in the hallways. I also find the lighting in my unit to be insufficient. PROS: central location, indoor parking, lots of carts, 2 elevators, loading docks.

This place is the best! They are super accommodating, the facilities are very clean and well-heated, and the moving gear is top notch. Lots of choice for storage units. I recommend them wholeheartedly!
