I've been a customer for about 8 years. CONS: They have increased the rent by about 20% per year for the past few years, which I think is unreasonable. I now pay more than twice as much as the posted rate online for my unit. The other thing to note is that they have a rodent problem. There is what appears to be mouse feces on the tops of boxes. There are rodent traps in the hallways. I also find the lighting in my unit to be insufficient. PROS: central location, indoor parking, lots of carts, 2 elevators, loading docks.

This place is great! I got there 10 minutes before closing time, and Karim went out of his way to make sure my unit was ready for me. My storage unit was clean, and I was able to move some of my stuff in right away. Thanks for the grade A customer service, Karim!
Edit: The initial service was great, but they keep on increasing fees without letting you know.
