The manager, Karim is very friendly, always smiling and is there to provide an amazing service. I have rented different units in different municipalities around Montreal and this is definitely the best customer service I have received; he makes you feel like family. Other than that, the pricing was very good because of an anniversary deal, so far it’s a win-win situation for me.

I went to visit on a Saturday and the service offered by Karim (Kareem?) was one that I will not forget! He was extremely welcoming and happy to explain how things work. His service oriented demeanor made what would normally be an everyday experience (storing items in a storage unit) into a memorable one. In terms of the storage unit. It's extremely straightforward and clean. I had no issues accessing the unit multiple times and they have trolleys to help move items.

Lots of improvement needed. 1- that old guy is always hanging out there. Eats and shaves there. 2-Not climate controlled. Always super hot and I'm guessing cold during winter. 3-Dangerous: machine not covered 4- Dirty: the storage in front of ours was vacated since Aug 13th and when we were vacating, it was still dirty and opened. It shows that they do not make round to check on storages. This also shows that they do not clean. The halls were smelling like dead rats and I'm sure they had rats issues. Proof: they put rats traps all along the hallway in mid August. 5- The dollies are in a very beat up shape and need to be replaced. 6- The elevators are my favorite🤣 they don't even use those in 3rd world countries!!! For efficiency, one person needs to stay upstairs and one downstairs to send the elevator to each other. Elevator instructions: load belongings inside, close doors, send elevator off(up or down) by holding black/white button until elevator reaches its destination. Elevator CANNOT be operated from inside so if you are alone, you have to close it on The outside, send it up and take the stairs up. Also make sure to ALWAYS close it after use otherwise it can no longer be operated. Hope the detailed information will help.👍
