Was welcomed by Ghislain, who was very warm and friendly. Made the process quick and simple. Moving my stuff was easy due to how the place is structured, very happy to have come here even if it was a bit out of town.

The manager, Karim is very friendly, always smiling and is there to provide an amazing service. I have rented different units in different municipalities around Montreal and this is definitely the best customer service I have received; he makes you feel like family. Other than that, the pricing was very good because of an anniversary deal, so far it’s a win-win situation for me.

Karim was phenomenal from the beginning to the end of the process! It was my first time renting a storage unit and he made the process so seamless! Real good customer service!

I went to visit on a Saturday and the service offered by Karim (Kareem?) was one that I will not forget! He was extremely welcoming and happy to explain how things work. His service oriented demeanor made what would normally be an everyday experience (storing items in a storage unit) into a memorable one.
In terms of the storage unit. It's extremely straightforward and clean. I had no issues accessing the unit multiple times and they have trolleys to help move items.
